osharoiko
Is it ok that I don't see spam reporting form when logged-in with ISP account? Do I have to create another account?
Jeff G.
The short answer is yes, ISPs that wish to report need to create a Reporting Account. This is probably because of the different interfaces between ISP and Reporting Accounts. ISP Representatives are presumed to be powerful enough to have control over more than one email address so that they can control more than one SpamCop Parsing and Reporting Service Account. IIUC, there are five types of Parsing and Reporting Service Accounts that have been referenced or alluded to in public (in approximate chronological order): Administrative (for Programmers, Admins, and Deputies) Free Reporting Paid Reporting ISP Unlimited Reporting (part of a SpamCop Email System Account)
