Mailhost missing, and I can't add it

Recommended Posts

I've repeatedly tried to add an address (a verizon.net account, administered by AOL). The test email is sent through mx-aol.mail.gm0.yahoodns.net.

I copy/past the whole email (header and body) to the field in the link provided, and am then told "Test email processed successfully."

But the mailhost never appears on the Mailhosts page. What's going on? I've tried this a half-dozen times as well as forwarding the email instead of using the form.

The emails you get from SpamCop (often a number) give you a link you need to click each one to verify only then will your Mailhosts be updated

Not sure what you mean. Below is the email I received. Many times now, I have clicked on the first link (after "Please return this complete email, preserving full headers and the special
tracking codes below.  Visit this address:") and copied/pasted the full headers and body of that email into the field there. When I do so, I get the message  "Test email processed succesfully.
Please re-visit the mailhost menu and make sure you have registered mailhosts for all your email addresses." etc.

And when I go back to the mailhost menu, the address that i was just told was processed successfully is not there.

I have also forwarded (as an attachment) to the address under "Alternately...." Also no change.
