I dont understand how Spamcop search the mails of site admins

For example I have spam mail like this

Return-Path: <GlendaGuthrieophthalmic[at]freemail.fr>
Received: from 162.140.186.119 ([218.1.248.239])
	by ns.mydomain.cz (8.11.6/8.11.6) with SMTP id j9BLnVB00995
	for <petr[at]mydomain.cz>; Tue, 11 Oct 2005 23:49:37 +0200
Received: from sa.com.ar (HELO sa.com.ar [32.40.172.42])
	by minu.ubp.edu.ar (8.12.6/8.12.6/Debian-8) with ESMTP id gBAApHtr53951
	for <petr[at]mydomain.cz>; Tue, 11 Oct 2005 16:41:32 -0600
Message-ID: <3DF4FB83.10004[at]ubp.edu.ar>
Date: Wed, 12 Oct 2005 03:42:32 +0500
From: "Solomon Swan" <GlendaGuthrieophthalmic[at]freemail.fr>
To: <petr[at]mydomain.cz>
Subject: Meds Refill homeown
Status:

Only one true data field is IP address in first "Receive" line. This is 218.1.248.239

If I post this spam using Spamcop web form, I get (among other things) this result where Spamcop want to send report

[X] anti-spam#ns.chinanet.cn.net[at]devnull.spamcop.net (Notes)

But if I search for site admins of 218.1.248.239 I get this

e-mail:       hostmaster[at]ns.chinanet.cn.net
e-mail:       anti-spam[at]ns.chinanet.cn.net
...
remarks:      hostmaster is not for spam complaint,
please send spam complaint to anti-spam[at]ns.chinanet.cn.net

Why Spamcop don't offer [X] anti-spam[at]ns.chinanet.cn.net ? :( Why want to send report to devnul or somewhere to hell?

Query would be so much more interesting if it were on someone other than chinanet .....

Hi, fidokomik,

...Does thread "/dev/null'ing report" answer your question? :google:

Yes but I misunderstand at all

In this concrete case I sent mail about "spammer in your site" to anti-spam[at]ns.chinanet.cn.net and I got english reply. I don't know if reply robot or real person, but I got reply B)

When you send a report it might get a completely different reply than when spamcop sends the report.

SpamCop dev/null address - usually indicative of an ISP that cares not about their good name and for whatever reason rejects/bounces/or ignores SpamCop reports/complaints ... though reports don't go to this target, if the source of the spam, the data is added to the SpamCopDNSBL
