It's working for me at present, both on insecure standard Port 110 and on secure SSL Port 995. What error message(s) are you getting? What client and OS are you using? Are you able to use the same client on the same system to POP from other mailservers? My recommendations for getting mail from the SpamCop Email System are at http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=152 .

They were in a reply in this Newsgroup yesterday, with "Date: Sun, 30 Oct 2005 12:27:03 -0500" and "NNTP-Posting-Date: Sun, 30 Oct 2005 17:29:58 +0000 (UTC)". What servername are you trying to connect to? The following is quoted from my Reply http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...indpost&p=25284 : The correct servernames to use are pop.spamcop.net and imap.spamcop.net (depending on the protocol). Alternates that may work for the moment are as follows: mail.spamcop.net pop.cesmail.net imap.cesmail.net mail.cesmail.net 216.154.195.50 You could also try restarting Outlook and/or your PC, and temporarily disabling any recently-installed anti-virus or firewall product. Please let us know what works for you, and email support<at>spamcop.net in any event.
