btech Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 (not sure if this belongs here or in the Lounge) If you get spam for all those "micro-caps" and things on Pink Sheet, OTC or O.BB, you can forward the messages to: spam[at]nasd.com They are the independant party that oversees suc securities, since the SEC doesn't regulate them. Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 spam[at]nasd.com39187[/snapback] That address is already in Stock fraud, securities fraud and investment-related spam, also a section of spam Reporting Addresses (all on one page), a part of Marjolein's Ban spam page - includes reporting addresses as referenced in the SpamCop FAQ.
