Miss Betsy
This post was an attempt to rearrange the FAQ so that it would be easier to find items. It was intended to eventually replace the original since it contained the same items. However, there was no agreement that this version was better. It is too difficult to keep it updated to match the original FAQ so it is being deleted. Please use the standard link to the FAQ: http://forum.spamcop.net/forums/index.php?...amp;#entry14135
