pontus Posted November 15, 2006 Share Posted November 15, 2006 I have installed the necessary features in the maildatabase. Whenever I get a spam I choose Actions/Soamgrabber/1.Blacklist spam. After a short while I revieve a new email from SpamCop AutoResponder <spamcop[at]devnull.spamcop.net> who asks me to click on a URL. Always when the body consists of a picture in the beginning or just a picture I get the message "No body text provided, check format of submission. spam must have body text." like in this example http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1136988265zf...31575dfdf4a17az So please people help out here. Telarin Posted November 15, 2006 Share Posted November 15, 2006 You mail software is not properly including this image attachment as part of the submission. Therefore all spamcop "sees" is the empty email you sent. If your software is not capable of forwarding the attachment, you could try just adding in a bit of text like "message consists of .gif image attachment only" so that spamcap has something to work with. But, agree with Telarin's remarks .. there is nothing for the parser to really work with, and it's basically bombing out as it appears to simply be a 'bad' submittal .... Here is another one http://www.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1137378004z0...271a694e894c96z where it starts of with a gif image but still I get the same message telling me there is no text in body. Could it be that the spamgrabber functionality in Lotus Notes only takes the first part of the message when reported? From the properties of the entire document I can see the name of the picture is delivery.gif. These are the first two lines of text which is located beneath the picture in the body field: "Wait Your being processed build Stylesheet Brothers. Login super search in Seasonal in Autumn.
