petzl Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 Before i find spamcop, i used to submit spam to fortinet, is this good ? do you know more about this service ? http://www.fortinet.com/FortiGuardCenter/a...ispam_info.html Just looked it does not impress me SpamCop not only adds IP of spam sources to its SCBL SpamCop also sends and abuse report to offending ISP (If contactable and not known to abuse reporter of spam) SpamCop also allows one to check the abuse report and if need be add to it This boils down to by reporting via SpamCop will in most cases effectively actively fix Internet problems and often leads to the arrest of spammers as well as blocking the spam as it is being sent, not after it is received.
