choicefresh
I just processed and reported two spam messages. The first one, in the report history, has the words "No reports filed" under it. The next email I processed does not even show up in the report history. Did those reports even send?

StevenUnderwood
To go any further, see the Pinned entry How to ask a question Specifically, how did you report your messages? (quick, full, Report as spam from webmail) Have you checked back to see if they have now been processed? Quick reporting (same as Report as spam), is not an instant process. Those reports are processed is a seperate que at a lower priority. They are usually completed within 15 minutes of being reported, however. choicefresh
I pasted the messages into the website and clicked "Process spam". My report history has now been completely truncated. Even reports I sent a long time ago do not exist in my report history.
choicefresh
Okay, I guess the problem where my reports were truncated was temporary. The only problem now is the one report where it says "No reports filed". Should I try processing it again?
Wazoo
As it's been two days since your initial post, it would seem that the particular spam would be "too old" .... on the other hand, try it, snag the Tracking URL and see what happens next.
