Old e-mail delivered again

A strange thing happened to me yesterday, and I'm not sure if I should be concerned. About 6 e-mails from the 12th and 13 of Sept. 2006 appeared in my inbox. These are messages that I remember receiving. On the Webmail they end up at the bottom of my list of e-mails, but Outlook put them on top so I noticed them. I just wonder how this could happen and if it is a sign of a significant problem. Here is the header from one of them (with some stuff anonymized, SENDER = Sender's e-mail, MYEMAIL is my username):

In this case, the problem appears to exist at "vdn.ca" -- it looks as if their servers are doing the redelivery of old mail. Here are the two hops:

Received: from mojo.vdn.ca (localhost [127.0.0.1])

by node3.site (Postfix) with ESMTP id 5D200A320621;

Mon, 5 May 2008 19:23:48 -0400 (EDT)

Received: from bc-node1.vdn.ca ([10.127.1.31] helo=bc-node0.vdn.ca)

by mojo.vdn.ca with esmtp (Exim 4.34)

for MYEMAIL[at]vdn.ca; Tue, 12 Sep 2006 11:50:19 -0400

You should contact VDN.ca.
