I don't think spamassassin has a rule for the atob base64 decoding, but I added one so if I get an email that tries to use atob in the body, it should be rejected at the SMTP level. Thanks for the heads up.

I am not able to see these links. They only work with your login. If you click the links, there will be a tracking link that you can share and then we can see them.

Spammers have been using base64 for a few decades to get their spam hidden by MTA rules and SpamCop. Maybe they found out that SpamCop does decode most base64 stuff, or maybe they are looking for a new rule method to be able to hide the links or spam text.

Most of my spam lately is coming from Gmail and Microsoft. The bulk of mine used to be eonix and hetzner, which has stopped spamming me.

Yep. I also use gmail as mine email setup and I have not seen any problems today. I am not able to see the bounce, but in there it should have two lines near the top of the body saying why it was rejected. It maybe likely that bradken.com was hit with a lot of spam and they may have copied in some text into their email program blaming bl.spamcop.net when it is their own block list.

Maybe we should have a text based like the days of old when we used a terminal window. Back then bandwidth was precious.

So, was it just waiting that fixed it? I don't like intermittent errors. Sounds like this was an error while trying to load the report where you were not able to see the send button.

That is the problem with intermittent issues is that it gets harder to see it something was actually fixed. The programmer may have washed their hands of this issue thinking it was resolved when the intermittent problem might not entirely be seen.

The browser URL for the page that gives you the tracking URL is the same as the tracking URL. If you submit by email, the tracking URL is used in the email.

I wonder how many spammers take advantage of the "try before buy" offer from some of the ISPs....

It can be discouraging, but it also goes to show that spammers notice the work that both we and SpamCop does. The idea can also be encouraging when find out it is working enough to grab spammer's attention.

I got a bunch more. I think me getting less spam last week means I has less chance of getting the error. seems that I got a lot of spam today, and I got the error more. Maybe some sort of timing issue?
