This has happened 6 times so it's not a transient event. I've done a little reporting using the web form today and have also experienced some problems. For example, I ran the same spam through several times (I hit "cancel"), and one time, there was about a 40-second delay, and then the parser couldn't properly process the same internal HREF link that it had previously, and was able to subsequently process.
