AzRaven
I'm in need of assistance deleting held mail. Here is what I do, but to no avail: Under held mail, I select "check all" I choose "delete" from the drop down menu Then click on "delete/release". It tells me it has moved the items to trash, however, when I go back in all the held mail is still there. Is there a way I can remove the held mail completely once I've reviewed it? Thanks in advance for any assistance in this.

When you say they're still there do you mean they're shown as crossed out? If so you need to change your options: Options|Deleting and moving messages then tick box for moving to trash. Could also be that you've trashed one pagefull and the interface is offering you the next pagefull 'select all' only refers to what you can see on the page! You can also delete the contents of any folder (without having to check all): Folders|tick heldmail|chooseaction|empty folder(s) Finally, you can set up your email client to use IMAP and delete them from that.
