horse Posted December 10, 2004 Share Posted December 10, 2004 I've tried to resolve this one several times; tried to do a whois as well. It won't resolve, and whois times out. I've also tried resolving with just the base url, with no luck. I can go to the site with no problem, however. Anyone have a suggestion for reporting this? Posted December 11, 2004 Share Posted December 11, 2004 Please see my Reply concerning that same IP Address 202.102.230.36 in Unresolveable links. level3.net, att.net, and savvis.net also appear to provide routing to Chinese networks whose admins are unresponsive to spam reports.
