Problems are that even under the current usage agreement / guidelines (see FAQ) there are too many folks misreporting ... considering that this happens under the close scrutiny of responsible reporters one and all, automating this activity would be beyond silly. And this thought is even ignoring those circumstances where "stuff" happens .. and in an automated mode, how long could things go on before someone caught on?
