I don't know. I assume you received this through your spamcop reporting account?

According to my systems here abuse[at]kornet.net would be sent to mx.kornet.net internet address = 211.48.62.135. They may have an internal forward at work here sending it to abuse.kornet.net internet address = 211.216.50.85 that is not working.

Yes Steven, I got this back through my SC reporting account.

Using SC I sent a spam report abuse[at]kornet.net (and others). Postmaster[at]kornet.net sent the 'connection failed' message back to x[at]report.spamcop.net which I received.

Seems to me yet an other way for kornet.net to not address a spamming problem.
