Wazoo Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Login issues to the spamcop.net system, Parsing & Reporting errors that toss up references to "putRow" issues .... Taken from the newsgroups for the "offifical" stance .... Operations is working on a couple of problems -- I think, altho I am not sure, that the exact error you see may vary. In any case, when they fix the problems that they have found, we can which errors are still being see, if any. Thanks Ellen SpamCop All those blank spots in the green portion of the chart at http://www.spamcop.net/spamgraph.shtml?spamstats are indicative of the Parsing & Reporting system(s) going on and off-line. These systems are not connected to the SpamCop Forum, the SpamCop E-Mail Account systems (other than trying to report your spam) ....
Jeff G. Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 For completeness, the quote above can be seen on the web at http://news.spamcop.net/pipermail/spamcop-...ber/105278.html.
Jeff G. Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 I consider the following to be a better worded quote from Ellen re the same issues from http://news.spamcop.net/pipermail/spamcop-...ber/065512.html and http://news.spamcop.net/pipermail/spamcop-...ber/105281.html: We are experiencing some transient system problems. System operations and engineering is aware of these problems and they are working on them. I don't have an ETA at this point. Thanks. Ellen SpamCop
Wazoo Posted October 10, 2005 Author Posted October 10, 2005 Looking at the chart on http://www.spamcop.net/spamgraph.shtml?spamstats ... at the time of this posting, appearances are that problems are resolved .. (or folks went home for the day? <g>)
Wazoo Posted October 11, 2005 Author Posted October 11, 2005 and looking at the same graphic "now" .. it's obvious that the system is still not running happy and folks are still madly pushing on buttons, whacking on keyboards, and probably exercising some small word vocabulary skills <g>
Jeff G. Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 The following quote was posted as the latest News on http://www.spamcop.net, http://members.spamcop.net, and http://mailsc.spamcop.net for only logged-in Members to see: News: (Last Modified: Monday, October 10, 2005 14:45:14 -0400)... 10/10/05 We're experiencing intermittent server problems that are causing login and reporting problems. We're working to fix the problem. SpamCop has NOT forgotten your password. Resetting it will not help.
