SpamCop could not find your spam message in this e

I have been trying to figure out spam Cop for a week now. The site isn't too clear on how it works, what it does, or how to use it. I have tried the pasting method and also the forwarding method. Now I am getting these messages that tell me they can't find the spam message in my forwards???? I don't understand this, as clearly on every single email I forwarded the Viagra or Rolex watch message was right there.

Could someone help me here? And could someone help explain to me how this works? I would love to send this site some money if it really helped me, but at this point I am not convinced. I've recieved ten new Rolex spams already today!

I am not really interested in using the software, as i tried it before and it was always blocking legit stuff that people were constantly mis-reporting. But if this truely traces the spam and sends emails to the isp's that host them, I want to participate!

Thanks

Brent

You appear to be a free SpamCop Reporter. Thank you for posting in the right Forum. SpamCop's parser isn't smart enough to see references to Viagra or Rolex, it is looking for "the full, unmodified email", including Received Header Lines. Please see How do I submit spam via email? and How do I get my email program to reveal the full, unmodified email? and the SpamCop FAQ for more info. Also, SpamCop.Net doesn't make software for you to use on your computer. Thanks!

I have been trying to figure out spam Cop for a week now.  The site isn't too clear on how it works, what it does, or how to use it.

After spending so much rime/effort on building up yet another version/view of the SpamCop.net FAQ, I'd certainly be curious as to just what "site" is referenced in your comment. On one hand, you somehow found your way to "here" .... how did that happen but none of the other information made available wasn't seen?

I have tried the pasting method and also the forwarding method.  Now I am getting these messages that tell me they can't find the spam message in my forwards????  I don't understand this, as clearly on every single email I forwarded the Viagra or Rolex watch message was right there.

Not mentioned, Operating System, e-mail application involved, never mind that most FAQ entries on e-mail submittal tend to state "forward arrachment" ... then there are the caveats that not all e-mail applications offer that option ....

Could someone help me here?  And could someone help explain to me how this works?  I would love to send this site some money if it really helped me, but at this point I am not convinced.  I've recieved ten new Rolex spams already today!

FAQ entries gave been developed, How To tutorials developed, How I Use SpamCop entries have been posted .... once again, just what "site" have you been looking at?

Can't help but think that you are confusing SpamCop.net with the lowlife ijits found running spamcop.COM .... long historical oddity dealing with basically, the theft of the Domain name a number of years back.
