What you "Reply'd" to was a "Frequently Asked Question" item, explaining the issue and offering some suggested methods of working the problem. That you allegedly read it, then offered up the "me too?" and only ask "Coincidence?" ... leaves me confused. First of all, if you've got an ongoing problem, the "Help" Forum is the place to ask for help. But that you posted here, asked here, made comments, .. what in the FAQ didn't answer your issue?
