SpamCop mail down?

For the past half hour or so, I have been unable to raise the mail system by webmail or POP (not IMAP--not using IMAP--oops).

Anyone else with this problem?

Same here, this is the only SC website I could access, even the News is down.

My mail is not coming in either.

Reporting down as well, webmail and imap heldmail..seems to be rather selective but two different sites is rather strange or suspitious, nothing was announced so I suspect it is more serious if unintentional...

It's back up for me. I suspect that email_support restarted something. BTW, during situations like this, you can now check for tweets from [at]Cesmail_status (and sure enough, there's one this morning). :-)

same here but statistics show a huge spike in submitals which may have overwhelmed the system on all sides..

Looking at the weekly graph, I think there's something odd going on in general, give those not-quite-periododic, but almost-daily dramatic spikes.

Indeed it's almost like an attack is happening at intervals. All working here again anyway, thanks Don.
