Before, few months ago, i had submit adress like submit.xxxxxxx[at]spam.spamcop.net. 16987[/snapback] That's easy then: forget about the old account and re-register for a new free account. The submit... email address will be sent to you in an email to confirm the new account.

StevenUnderwood
This seems to be happening a lot more recently. Email deputies<at>spamcop.net with your login ingotmation and they can "switch the bit" back to a reporter account.
Wazoo
I'm not sure if the Deputies have direct access to user accounts .... the direct route in this situation would be to notify Don at service <at> admin.spamcop.net with the information of both the account data and the ISP flag problem.
